I received a free cope of this book from the publisher, but this did not influence my opinion here.

Home Tour: Sophisticated Charm in Georgetown

Mondays are for the birds! Right? OK, I never really understood that expression, but what I do know is how much I love this stunning Georgetown rowhouse featured in House Beautiful. The interiors were designed one of my favorites, Sarah Bartholomew (you can see more of her chic designs here).

Sarah always gets it right - this pitch perfect mix of understated elegance is no exception. I love all the blue and white moments and of course all the lovely bird prints everywhere! I love it when a home has a personality all it's own.

Decor Wish List

1  //  2  //  //  4  //  //  6  //

All three kids leave this weekend for four weeks! Two will be away at summer camp and one will be at a pre-college program. Having my days to myself for the next month, has my mind racing with all the projects I'm hoping to get accomplished during this quiet time. From sorting out my daughter's room, to getting the closets and kitchen pantry as organized as Goop, the list goes on and on. And of course there's always a design wish list to go right along with it...

Home Tour: Spanish Colonial Grandeur

This antique Spanish Colonial house in the June issue of Veranda magazine took my breath away! The home owners brought in interior designer Cathy Kincaid, to help them carefully restore this historical Highland Park, Texas home back to it's original grandeur.

Every room is magnificent. From the fabulous blue and white tiled indoor pool right down to the china closet of my dreams...
